Make a Payment

Effective 10/1/24, a 3% surcharge will be applied for the use of a Credit Card.

HSA/FSA/Debit cards will continue to be used without the surcharge and the 3% will be backed out after hitting the Process button as that is when the software can identify the type of card you are using.

Our online payment system is hosted securely by iPOSpays.

Instructions:

Click the following Make A Payment button.
 

Enter the amount you will be paying and the card information required. Enter the Patient Name in the Customer Name field, then click the "reCAPTCHA" box and then Process button.
