Education

Erica received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA in 2021.

Prior to this she earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific University in 2016.

Personal Information

Erica was born and raised in Santa Clara, California, and recently moved to Seattle in 2019. She has experience working with a variety of patients populations, including strength and conditioning of collegiate athletes, outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, inpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, personal training, non-surgical scoliosis treatment and case management.  Early in her career she developed an interest in pelvic health physical therapy, and she is pursuing this as an area of expertise. Her patient care also benefits from her experience with instructing, educating, and motivating both individuals and groups of various populations.  

In her free time, Erica enjoys Pilates, being outdoors, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and trying new restaurants and foods. I am eager to be a part of the Sound Physical Therapy family as well as give back to my community.

My mission and goal are to provide professional and individualized programs for rehabilitation, education, and optimizing movement and performance to my patients. Treatment is selected by applying and utilizing evidence-based practice for effective treatment to ensure the most efficient path of progression through every stage of development and recovery.
