Personal Information

Erica was born and raised in Santa Clara, California, and recently moved to Seattle in 2019. She has experience working with a variety of patients populations, including strength and conditioning of collegiate athletes, outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, inpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, personal training, non-surgical scoliosis treatment and case management.  Early in her career she developed an interest in pelvic health physical therapy, and she is pursuing this as an area of expertise. Her patient care also benefits from her experience with instructing, educating, and motivating both individuals and groups of various populations.
